The Cosmetic Industry Buyers and Suppliers (CIBS) held its January luncheon meeting on Jan. 13 at the Manhattan Club, 800 7th Ave. at 52nd St. in New York City. This was the first CIBS meeting held here and it will remain the venue for the all of the association’s monthly meetings in 2010.
